Unfortunately you will have to go through an endless number of calls until you get to a supervisor line personal. Others might have some suggestions.
However, while waiting for updates from others, I would send an email documenting all the facts with dates to the following email and request a call back from a supervisor. Email: customerrelations@bmwusa.com
Dealer is probably trying to document current status in a service record so you won't have enough evidences for a buyback. |
