How to contact BMW directly to escalate?

Our vehicle 2023 BMW X7 was with the dealer for nearly three weeks and the issues were not resolved. Dealer doesn't want to put anything in writing in the service record and making us go in circles with them. I am exhausted and want to contact someone @ BMW directly and escalate to their customer success team. Does anyone have any info on how to contact BMW directly ?

BMW Customer Relations: 1-800-831-1117

Unfortunately you will have to go through an endless number of calls until you get to a supervisor line personal. Others might have some suggestions.

However, while waiting for updates from others, I would send an email documenting all the facts with dates to the following email and request a call back from a supervisor. Email: customerrelations@bmwusa.com

Dealer is probably trying to avoid documenting current status in a service record so you won't have enough evidences for a buyback.

Do not contact BMW Customer Relations they are not helpful. I had a similar issue and I personally contacted my Regional Aftersales Manager for BMW NA. I found them on LinkedIn just searching for that title and emailed them. They got back to me right away and handled everything with my dealer and got the situation resolved. Everything the dealership said they couldn’t do, the regional got it done. If you’re dealership is in the Midwest, PM me and I can give you contact info.

Ken Slingland is the Area Manager for BMW of North America in the Southwest Area (Arizona, New Mexico & Las Vegas); As I see from your account that you are also in AZ.

His email address is: KenSlingland@bmwusa.com

Good luck!

If you get no response after a few business days, contact Customer Relations and ask them to share phone # of ( Slingland Ken, V2-US-V-3-S-31 ). Give them the ID I gave you too.

I had a good experience with calling BMW NA in 2019 after my dealership was waiting for a part from Germany for two months. The dealership was giving me regular updates so it wasn't their fault but BMW NA agreed to refund me two months of my lease payments to compensate for the wait.

Calling BMW NA is waste of time. If you go this route, be patient. I had a number of battles over the years. Ultimately, I was able to resolve issues with the GM or service director at the dealership - after some time they already knew me well then I moved and need to build the reputation again...

That email bounces unless I made a typo. Did it work for anyone else?

Looks like there needs to be a dot "." after Ken.
