Mygarage not working

I finally have an allocation and production number and was hoping to track my car's journey online. I have not been able to get mygarage to work. Is this down or am I missing something? Thank you in advance

I can get in just fine. When this has happened in the past, I've either given it a little time or tried a different browser.

And by "a little time," I obviously mean checking it 41 times per hour instead of 42 😂

That's the problem! I've been checking hourly since Tuesday - no luck. I've tried every browser and way to connect to the internet known to mankind. Not sure what else to do… if anyone has an easy solution, please let me know …

I ran out of patience and simply made a new account. For some reason, that fixed it (yay). I can see the car and options ordered. Can I also see "anticipated" dates for each milestone somewhere? Thank you

Not really, no. But we can estimate it with a pretty high degree of accuracy. Find out your build week by either asking your dealer or calling BMW; this is the calendar week during which your vehicle build is scheduled to complete. Around 2 weeks or so before your build week a VIN will be assigned. At this point you can use the F12 trick in Chrome (you'll find threads about this) where you can find your scheduled production date; this is the date on which your vehicle is scheduled to complete production. You can also get this date from your dealer or by calling BMW. The tracking dots on the My Garage page won't really start moving until the day of or the day before your build. It takes only about half a day or less to build the vehicle so it'll fly through the line.

Try a different browser. That's what I did. It wasn't working with Fire Fox so I opened it with Microsoft Edge or Chrome.

I have that issue pretty frequently. Solved by going to the My BMW dropdown in the banner and clicking on My Garage

The website sucks ass.

I've tried everything to no avail.

Just call the number. They pick up quick. Make sure you have your build number or vin on hand.
