The M3 wheel has different / softer leather, different stitching and no perforations. I have a 135i before and it had the M sport steering wheel, so the M wheel with dct paddles will be a nice change and the 1st m3 dct wheel to be in a 335d that I know of.

As far as diameters go, I will measure them. But I think they are the same. We shall see.

It's clearly different from the one that came on my actual M3 of the same exact model year.



The one on the 335d is slightly smaller diameter with a smaller circumference of the grip. I can wrap more of my fingers around it. At first I thought I was crazy, but you could blindfold me and hand me a steering wheel and I could tell you which car I'm in.

The "d" version also has perforations along the grips and doesn't have the multicolored stitching on the seams.

Weird.
