To be perfectly honest there are loads with that spec for around the £34-35k mark, and that's with ~2000 miles on the clock.
The problem is at that price/spec they don't hang around for long!
The MOA means it's a demo because they can't guarantee what the mileage will bewhen someone comes to enquire. They're just covering their ass.
