I should think it's software that points them left or right for LHD/RHD. It'd be needlessly expensive to manufacture two physically different sets surely? The adaptive lights already swivel...
Anyway, there's a set of these on ebay Germany going for little money, runs out tonight, they ship everywhere I think. All modules included I believe...
