I Do however put the monitored alarm on at nite which protects the garage.
If you really what to keep it but not have said Scum in your bedroom close and personal, get a thatcham cat 5 alarm and separate the fob from the keys at night.
If they do break in and take the keys, the monitoring company aliase with the police, track and/or can remotely disable the vehicle.
But nothing's fool proof so check you insurance
