I guess I'm not a good customer. I had to give my SA the SIB # for the rear brake backing/heat shields. He called me this morning to say my car wouldn't be done today because they didn't realize the wheel bearings had to come out & replaced. I guess I should've printed the instructions for them etc. Sheesh!
