If by ACC you mean Driving Assistant Plus (radar controlled distance keeping plus auto stop and go), then I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Along with Adaptive Drive they're my most used options. As to the LEDs they're great on unlit country roads and do all sorts of fancy stuff but not good on wet motorways. I prefer the bi-xenons I had on my previous 640i - regarless of any actual figures, I think they're brighter and have a longer throw.
