I'll post in this thread at least. My car had no indicator at 1200 miles. Still indicates service due in 10,000 miles. No indicator whatsoever. I have scheduled the service nonetheless. Also, I ran the sport displays and didn't have any trouble maxing out the HP and torque measures. Don't know what "more power" to expect, but according to the gimmicky display, it puts out the max already. I think "unlocking more power" is a big red herring and nothing is changed in the ECU. Changing the diff oil will not improve performance whatsoever. Seems like more of an inconvenience to me. Will report back with my impressions after the service.
