Obviously the best practice is to reiterate and post signs in the car, etc., but I disagree with the implication in some of these responses that it’s the OP’s fault for not doing all these things. A shitty thing happened to him and it is 100% the shitty dealer’s fault! Especially considering the profile notes. It’s disgusting that car dealers operate this way. This is why people hate car dealers. They really do suck.
