To give you some input the following setup's will be fairly flush on a non lowered F10.
F: 8.5x20" ET25, 245/35-20
R: 10x20" ET40, 285/30-20
F: 9x20" ET30, 255/35-20
R: 10.5x20" ET45, 295/30-20
If the car is lower than OEM suspension, the offset can also be slightly lower due to the camber effect.
