I assume you are looking at the 40i, since you cannot choose m-sport vs luxury on the 50i or m50i. For the 40i, M-SPORT is just cosmetic.
DHP is a package you must select. I did on mine. But, neither the DHP package, nor M-SPORT package add the M rear differential.
