I'm not sure on the SA3 reference either and can't see it referenced on any of my previous order screenshots.
You should be looking for an AG order number. 7 digits normally (all numbers)
If the SA3 ref you have is 7 digits then try it with the genius. They will soon tell you if it's not right.
If not, just ping a message to your sales guy and ask him for the AG order number.
