A few things to hear in mind :
The water wont actually be boiling. Very hot, yes. Boiling, no.
This type of system keeps the stored water at the set temperature, 24x7. Can cost a lot to run. Would you fill and boil your kettle 24x7, just in case you needed some hot water ?
You should factor-in the additional maintenance (calcification, etc) and repair costs, because something (eventually) will go wrong.
IMO they're a waste of money but ETTO of course.
