I got the call from the dealer. BMW North America has denied my request for a replacement vehicle but yet tomorrow is 61 days,
they have had my car.
Looks like they are forcing my hand into arbitration. Which I am fine with, I’ve danced with that devil before. I just expected more out of BMW than Toyota. But at least BMW hasn’t called me a liar, yet...
