If you fancy the power and have no issues with it (engine works fine, no strange behavior, etc - keep it. Make sure you use premium fuel (98 RON or higher as the engine is now probably tuned to make use of higher octane fuel)
The short answer of your second question is "Yes". Please don't ask "how" and "when"
