Contact Connected support by phone. They may have to delete your connected account and re-create. I had this issue a few months ago. Apparently they migrated to new servers and some accounts got corrupted. Mine was one of them. Once they deleted my account and I created a new one, signed in from the car and the app into the new account, it started to work again. (all except the send address from app to car. It's currently at dealer getting looked at, with possibly replacement of idrive module as solution).
