Pretty sure that would require more than just a few phone calls to the incredibly upright and helpful people at BMWNA - being sarcastic here.
I've been in a similar situation once and to even get an answer out of BMWNA I had to use lawyers who weren't successful at first either.
BMW FS doesn't care by the way!
