True. And it's like you said, the majority of the people can't afford to buy an EV.
But if they could, I'm sure we would see a lot more of them on the road.
Indeed! People were calling the Prius the ICE killer back in the early 2000's, but it failed to kill anything. Now people think 100k Tesla's are going to do it?!? Nope! The only way it would happen is if the U.S. implemented nationwide ICE bans, forced EV's down our throats like some EU countries, etc…..and that's just not realistic for this country and our continuously/rapidly increasing population. Imagine every car being an EV in a gridlocked, bumper to bumper traffic scenario with those batteries rapidly discharging and not enough charging stations. Uhhhhh, not going to happen.
