so, the door sticker has those numbers. but when I lowered the tire pressure to the recommended settings, the car complained about "low tire pressure". I attempted to reset the tire settings but the info icon did not go away. not to mention that MyBMW app is suggesting 42.9 front and 52.1 rear.
UPD: never mind, somehow iDrive was set to the speeds ">100 mph". once I corrected the setting, tire pressure recommendation in the app and in iDrive started matching the door sticker.
