I believe the minimum amount required to finance with BMWFS is $7500. You can refinance or pay it off immediately but the dealer is hit with a chargeback on the loyalty credit and commission if you do; you can avoid this by making your first 3 payments. My dealer always takes good care of me so I'll be waiting to refinance mine as to not burn the bridge with them.
