Maybe I'm in the minority, but I would have more trust in a "leader" if they're able to admit they were wrong or acknowledge that the data has changed and they're changing their actions accordingly.
Interestingly, Dr. Paul Offit, who is a CDC advisor, was on CNN not too long ago talking about the booster. He flat out said if you're healthy, there's little to no benefit in getting the newest jab. The video has basically been scrubbed off the internet, but can be found if you do enough digging. |
I agree with your statement about a leader who is willing to admit that which you referenced. I would have nothing but respect for someone like that.
