Would anyone have any hesitation with mobile installers?

not at all, but check what equipment they use.
the mobile installer i used had both a hunter revolution fully automated tire changer and a hunter roadforce elite balancer. i was very impressed, the installer had custom built his van to be able to use both, he had to modify the roof to clear the boom of the hunter revolution, and he had to trim the shield of the balancer to fit. the van was setup with a lithium ion powerpack system to supply the power needed for the gear. four tires mounted and roadforce balanced in under an hour, he never used a tire lever, the machine did all work including lifting the wheel from the floor.
