there really isnt. theres enough tread for maybe 1000 miles.
the 50mph limit is conservative as well, temp spare tires are rated speed M, which is 81mph. as long as its properly inflated, it should be fine.
way back years ago on my e90 335i, i got a flat on a friday night out of town. first bmw without a spare, but i had sourced a temp spare. drove on that all weekend, about 350 miles. got the tire swapped on monday morning and drove home 450 miles home on a locally sourced tire. that car had runflats, and if i didnt have the spare i would have been stuck all weekend.
