it can be done very bluntly by removing 5AP from the FA and writing to the car and then waiting for either a software update OTA or dealer update. when it flashes the car, it will code the car based upon the FA and remove the block.
when i say very bluntly, the activation threshold is pretty high, it needs to be basically pitch dark with no streetlights. in the past, coders were able to increase the amount of activation by doing fdl coding, but thats not possible anymore.
you'll get the high beam tunneling, matrix leds lighting up the shoulder, etc, but it will activate with a much higher threshold than the prelci that was coded
