I think you are looking at the X7 the wrong way and not seeing the potential.
Anyway you can turn off the fake noise track if it’s overbearing and just hear the natural V8TT sound. Fellow x7 and 911 owner here. Agree with the v8tt being "too aggressive". However that may not be a great way to word it. I would say it feels like it is trying to be something it isn't. As many have said, i think it all comes down to personal preference and what else is in your garage. If our other car was a Camry, I'm sure I'd be all over the m50i.
