I would just use the turtle wax hybrid ceramic spray every 3 months. its like $15 a bottle and does a great job. Lasts 2/3 months if car is outside, longer if garaged. 3 year lease that's basically doing it 3 times a year, easy as pie, 1 to 2 bottles per year that's $30 a year.
