No worries. Some on the forum seem to indicate that it is a "luxury car" and to be expected
I traded my X7 in on a Kia Cardinal in which the AC will freeze you out and is very easy to operate. That said, no car is perfect, but one would expect the basics to work on a hi priced luxury car.
