Start/Stop button is now on the center console button island, same as on the 8er and X5. It's an actual pressable button, not a screen, regulations wouldn't allow it to be a tactile surface anyway. The button will be metallic in stock form, and glass if you tick the Crafted Clarity package together with the gear lever and volume knob.
Not sure why this test prototype seems to have another Start/Button at the traditional location though, either it's a fake sticker or it's real but only for the prototype.
