I can live with the refueling ban, from a safety standpoint only, but I don't like it. Too many fueling errors / pit fires, I can see where it came from. Though I agree that it should not be up to the FIA to regulate this. If a team wants to refuel his car every lap, so be it. If one wants to go the entire distance, so be it.
I can understand putting a cap on the amount of gallons used per race or weekend in an attempt to spur technological development (and more effective IMO than capping how many gallons a car can carry), but on the whole, outside of car design regulations, I am an F1 de-regulationist. In the end though, such precaution is taken to driver safety, I won't begrudge them paying closer attention to team safety as well.
