sure, i only have some pix though, def nothing special.. all natural 16 yrs in the maiking, trainer for 10 yrs, and my first show in 09 i placed 1st
currently 193 @ 5;7" i compete at light weight though (when ur natural you lose a lot more muscle when u diet
i regulary do 100 lb walking lounges and 130 lbs on incline
