I did not realize this, thanks for pointing that out. I just took a closer look at the 2020 ordering guide and it states that option 1XL, 21" Y-Spoke bi-color ferric grey wheels, style 753 with all-season non RF tires, will add option 300, space saver spare. So it looks like that is a way to get the space saver spare as a "free" option since 1XL is a no-cost option. I would actually consider this since I am not a big fan of runflats (none of my current cars have them, including my other BMWs w/o spare tires) and my first replacement set of tires for the X7 would most likely not be runflats since I would get the space saver spare (and be ready to use it if necessary).
Too bad there appears to be an apparent interlock that prevents getting the non-runflat wheel/tire as an option with the M-Sport package, which has only one 21" wheel option (option 1PB, 21" Double-spoke bi-color orbit grey wheels, style 754M with all-season runflat). |

Yep only available with the std 21" wheel style.
