Never heard a PE in person, but you can find video clips of PE, stock, and PE-mod on the interwebs fairly easily. I think it sounds pretty close, and I enjoy the sound. The only thing I don't like now is cold starts; they are OBNOXIOUS! After 10-20 seconds it shuts up though, and then everything is nice. It's only loud when you push the loud button.  |
Yea I know I've listened a lot. It's hard to get a real feel for it through the good old interweb.
I actually like the cold start sound.
