Here are the differences:
KW V1 - Height adjustable only
KW V2 - Height & Rebound adjustable
KW V3 - Height, Reboung & Compression adjustable
All KW coilovers system has the Inox technology which prevents the shock body from rusting.
For daily driving purposes, I recommend the KW V1. If you are doing more work to the car (performance, auto-cross, sometimes track, etc) then I recommend the V2. For KW V3, it is still a coilovers system you can drive on the street, but the main purpose is for track use.
