Seems cool, thanks for the info. I'll have to try this.

My '22 with DAPP lets you manually choose between 4 levels of following distance. I normally keep it on level 2.

I did notice yesterday on a hilly road (with distance 2 selected the entire time) that when going downhill, even though my speed didn't change, it automatically increased distance to the car in front.

I haven't noticed anything related to circles/turns. The hilly road from yesterday also had some bends, and the X7 would remain at the max cruise control speed through the bends even when it was a bit too fast to be comfortable.

What are the codes for that? I don't see anything related to it in the github F-series xml file that you linked in another thread today.
I just grabbed this from my own spreadsheet where I keep history of all the coding I did. Please try them carefully at your own risk but let me know if you need help.

Under the module 7083 BDC, for the function SITUATIVER_ABSTAND change the value to "Aktic" --> which means active when translated from german to english. Most codes on all BMWs are in German language.

Then go to the 3E52 HU_MGU module, and change the SITUATIVERABSTAND to gen_1

All this is to adjust distance on situation. Search in the drive asset menu after you do coding and make sure to activate that feature. If you don't find it, let me know by then.
