I have a November 2015 MY2016 340i build.
Can confirm I had Enhanced Bluetooth successfully coded (not by me) onto my car. Did not add the feature from the factory since I read here that it could be coded. I prefer to have separate iPhones for work and personal use so it was driving me crazy not being able to have 2 phones synced at the same time.
I was also surprised that my 340i came with 4G equipment. I thought you got the 3G modem if you didn't add Enhanced Bluetooth from the factory.
