Yes, you lay out the adhesive and stick everything on. I will say some of those pieces didnt hold well and I ended up buying additional pieces to ensure they weren't going anywhere.
For a normal person without young children climbing all over the place and kicking the chairs and generally destroying everything they touch, you would likely be OK with the supplied adhesive tape. |
