Current pre workout:
Optimum nutrition amino energy
2.5g Betaine
2.5g Creatine Hydrochloride
2.5g Beta Alanine
Kind of nice to take a break from all the Huperzine, Alpha GPC, etc. and just get the mental boost from caffeine and beta alanine.
