^^^ That doesn't change the fact that every M3 since the e46 had a horrendous front wheel gap. They all looked like 4x4's from the factory. And they didn't have to.

For example, AMG C class always had (at least visually) a much lower stance.

The wheel gaps on the M3 are killing me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one to go for the slammed look. Far from it. It's just that this day in age nearly all competitors look much lower than M3's.

I realize this can be "corrected" with an aftermarket suspension or springs alone, but it'd be nice for once to rock the stock suspension at a height that doesn't make the car look like a 4x4.

Both Audi and Merc did it. Why can't BMW?

I certainly hope the competition package lowers this car by at least a half inch.
