This will NOT impact BMW at all. Besides the shut down of the seven nuke power plants is only for three months - time. Then we see what happens.
The Greens are just using this to gain more political power. The are on a roll recently. A few weeks ago they caused the German Defense ministery Guttenberg to resign his office over the scandal that he fakes his Phd thesiss papers. He copied some 85% from other writters.
Now the Greens are pushing for this: AtomKraftWerk (AKW) nein Danke movement. Merkel had to throw them a smal bone for now. Besides in 90 days we shall see what happens. They say in Czech they have many more problems or incedents with their reactor network - than the Germans do.
The Greens have also been pushing for the removal of the new E10 10% ethanol fuel from the German market. The Greens say it would be better to have a 120 kph national speed limit. But most Germans are HIGHLY against that! Buy nine out of ten Germans are not buying this new gas either. lol
So... like others have said... the Germans will just shut down some powerplants... pay the Russians & French more for electricity. Fire up more coal power plants in Western Germany. Then make it up when those(nuke) countries need their old depleted uranium burried in some of the old German salt mines in the North. It is a vicious power circle! lol
