The day we were contacted about znemasters issue, we replied immediately and said we would respray the grilles at no charge. We also gave the option of meeting up with him since he was local. He refused because he said he had broken his stock grilles and did not want to ride around without grilles while they were getting repainted (one or two days at the most). Finally E90 grilles came off backorder and we were able to get this resovled with the poster. As of yesterday he was told this issue was going to be taken care of.

Along the way we've had a few grilles that came out bad due to a bad mix of reducer/paint ratio. Other than that, we have had many, many, many grilles come out perfect. We have emails from tens of happy customers showing us pictures. Here are some pictures for those that say these were painted with a "spray can". Oh, and please remember these grilles are treated with a secret regimine of chemicals that only our body shop knows. These chemicals prevent peeling and chipping on chrome plastic surfaces.
