We've used Motorwerks Houston for our MINI Cooper S and we were very satisfied with their work.

Have not taken the 135 there yet, but I did consult with them before buying.
You can usually find them the first Saturday morning of the month at the Cars and Coffee at Uptown Park (not far from where you live).
