Bingo! These will be great cars 3-4 years down the road when they can be had for mid/low $100ks. I think then you start getting folks who are willing/able to "stretch" from their brand new M4 optioned at $90k or a new M5 at $110k.
The Turbo gets a lot of crap for not being as exciting and raw as the GT cars, but IMO it's a perfect second car when you have your raw, track-focused toy already.
I have heard the drive feel on the 992 is remarkably better than the 991, but still no GT, but that's kind of the point...
Also heard they'll be creating a more raw, stripped down version (NOT the GT2, something in-between) which I'm eagerly awaiting.
