That pic of him at the Mercedes GP intro are classic. He's probably thinking, "Damn I want to run up there and strangle Mike rt now. I get fired from oneof F1's crappiest teams......he takes 4 years (or whatever) off and then signs with the current World Champ team while I am stuck driving German stock cars......
