I did it and would do it again but I also complained quite a bit. Definitely make sure you have all the correct hand tools like mentioned before. The O2 sensors will be a pain if you don't have all the right combination of wrenches. I think it took me around 6 hrs by myself and that was because I really didn't have the correct hand tools.
