I agree. Speeding on any public road is sheer stupidity.
This idiot driver deserves everything he's getting. Imagine if a car turned on to the street in front of him? What if he T boned that car?
In a heart beat, he could be facing involuntary manslaughter and prison instead of a speeding ticket.
