hmm i do not smoke..i will drink however...just not drink and drive. then why is weed better for you if it is illegal? or better yet why do they ban it for NCAA Div-I sports? but alcohol is legal. I chose to not smoke do to the fact that I would not want my scholarship revoked when I was in school. the grass is worse in my opinion. not saying alcohol is better...they both are bad as long as u don't abuse it past a certain point.
alcohol basically have to worry about your liver. the hepatocytes will regenerate due to certain cell signaling. if you drink a lot consecutive nights in a row thats when collagen fibers (scar tissue) will form. Smoking some herb is a diff story....more long term effects with memory, eyesight, blood pressure, stomach problems.....not my cup of tea.
