These are a couple years old and probably not available anymore. Yes they are amber. You can search on eBay for an equivalent. These appear to me to be about the same brightness as stock. Very important that whatever you purchase has a power draw of at least about 6 Watts if you want to avoid a bulb error. You can code the error out or add a resistor. Since these are drawing about 6 Watts I didn't have to do either. Just plugged them in. Took 5 minutes.
