Audi already took the lead for AWD sport coupes by making all S5 and RS5 Quattros. The RS5 version of quattro can distribute power 20/80 when needed.
Would still be nice to have a choice of AWD or 2WD when buying.
I prefer AWD which is why I chose the 440i X-drive with all M-performance options over the M4. Also it was a lot easier to find a 2018 pre-owned 440xi that had not been in an accident or started life as an abused performance center driving school car.
